• HCL has strickt safety and operational protocols. Resources & Guidelines of the US Navy, WCB and PADI are all considered prior, during and post any job.

• Our Dive Team is available to work & cooperate with your Dive Team providing HCL is satisfied with your Companies Standards.

• WE DO NOT TAKE ANY UNNECESARY RISK and will cancel or prospone any Dive Job. (This should be considered in your budget!)
