Cathodic Protection

One of our regular maintenance tasks involves replacing sacrificial anodes to ensure full protection of the structure. Anodes can be supplied and installed by underwater bolting techniques.

Anodes need to be replaced when they loose 50% of their grade. On average this is at least once or twice per year, pending how 'hot' your marina is.

 

Propellers & Running Gear

Propeller cleaning is an extremely economical and cost-effective way to regain speed, providing less drag and better performance. Shafts, Trims, Stabilizers, Rudders, Transducers are among these items.

 

Underwater Hull Cleaning

We clean the marine growth from the ship's hull, while removing the minimum possible amount of underlying anti-fouling coatings.

Raw water intakes are our first priority during a hull clean.

Upon request, all hull cleanings may be accompanied with, before and after digital photography, and be completed with written reports if desired.

 

Marinas & Docks

Regular Inspection & Adjustments are required for docks held by anchor. We get numerous calls post any wind storm of docks separating from their anchors. All can be prevented by regular inspection & maintenance.

Zincs on Steel Pilings are also important to consider.

Floatation can be installed. Pending on the size of the job - we usually use our associates to do this job.
